4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

    • Reject or cancel any order (due to stock unavailability, pricing error, technical issue, or suspected fraud).

    • Verify customer details before dispatching the order.

  3. Customers may request cancellation before shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are estimated and not guaranteed.

  2. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

  3. The customer must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or non-delivery.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

  1. We offer a 4-day return window from the date of delivery.

  2. To be eligible for return:

    • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

    • Product must match the condition in which it was delivered.

  3. Items not eligible for return:

    • Opened/used products

    • Personal care items, hygiene-sensitive items

    • Products damaged by customer

  4. Refund will be processed only after product inspection.

  5. Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  6. For COD orders (if applicable), refund will be made to the customer’s bank account.
